[Remote] Agentic Artificial Intelligence Developer (Marketing Automation Systems)

Talent Hackers is seeking an experienced Agentic Artificial Intelligence Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that support end-to-end marketing workflows. This role focuses on developing Artificial Intelligence-driven solutions for campaign setup, creative testing, reporting, and video content pipelines in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities • Design and implement Artificial Intelligence-powered systems that support planning, execution, and optimization of marketing workflows • Build multi-step agent frameworks integrating LLMs, APIs, and marketing platforms • Develop memory, reasoning, and feedback mechanisms to improve system performance over time • Create automation pipelines connecting data sources such as CRMs, spreadsheets, and analytics tools • Build and maintain Artificial Intelligence pipelines for video content generation and processing • Monitor system performance, logging, and reliability to ensure safe and efficient operation • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into technical solutions Skills • 5+ years of professional software development experience (Python or Node.js) • Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, and API orchestration • Hands-on experience integrating marketing or analytics APIs in a compliant manner • Experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, and task planning • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work full-time within the EST time zone • Experience with marketing automation or advertising technology platforms • Exposure to RAG, React, or feedback-driven agent architectures • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment Company Overview • Scale your operations effectively with our network of skilled international remote talent.
