They are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions and optimize RAG pipelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-native solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK, enabling autonomous and multi-agent workflowsBuild and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including:Search & retrieval strategiesContext-aware generationGuardrails for safety and complianceEvaluation frameworks for accuracy and performanceDevelop and manage data pipelines and integrations using SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of structured and unstructured dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Cloud-native solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalability, reliability, and performanceApply DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, monitoring, and automated deployments for AI/ML applicationsLeverage modern AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc., to improve development productivity and code qualityImplement and integrate search and indexing solutions (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr, Azure Cognitive Search) to enhance retrieval efficiency in AI applicationsContribute to machine learning model development, evaluation, and fine-tuning to improve system intelligence and performanceSkillsExpertise in at least one agentic development framework - ADK/LangChain/Langgraph/CrewAIHands-on experience in implementing RAG solution - Search & Retrieval, Generation, Guardrails, EvaluationExperience in working with SQL and NOSQL databasesFunctional DevOps knowledgeExperience working in Cloud environments - preferably GCPActively uses and knows AI developer tools - Claude/Codex/Github copilotEngineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.ScExperience working with search platforms - Elastic, Solr, Azure searchExpertise in machine learningFrontend developmentCompany OverviewMajor provider of technology services and solutions to healthcare technology companies, providers, payers and life sciences organizations It was founded in 2005, and is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
