About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Agent Developer to support the development and deployment of intelligent, autonomous AI agents using cutting-edge technologies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building agentic AI systems that leverage Google ADK, Vertex AI, and LangChain, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities • Agentic AI Development: Design, build, and deploy multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making, planning, and reasoning using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex. • Vertex AI Integration: Utilize Google Vertex AI for training, deploying, and scaling LLMs and agentic workflows. Implement RAG pipelines and optimize model performance for enterprise use cases. • Python Engineering: Develop robust backend services and ML pipelines using Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. • Cloud Architecture: Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions across GCP, AWS, and Azure, integrating with enterprise systems and optimizing GPU clusters for performance. • MLOps & Observability: Establish CI/CD pipelines, model registries, and monitoring systems to ensure reliability and maintainability of deployed agents. • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Knowledge of semantic reasoning, explainable AI (XAI), and multi-agent coordination. • Background in healthcare, finance, or legal domains is a plus.
