Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an After Hours Client Advocate where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Client Advocate, you will be an important point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Part-Time | $15/hr | Remote | North Carolina
Positions Hours: Monday – Friday 5pm EST - 8pm EST | Training: 3pm EST - 8pm EST
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Advocate for clients' interests within the organization
Requirements:
- Proven self-started and able to manage themselves under little supervision
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
