[Remote] Affiliate Relationship Manager, Affiliate增长商务经理

The Affiliate Relationship Manager will manage and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners, develop growth strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize affiliate performance. Responsibilities • Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners; • Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs; • Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities; • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives; • Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally; • Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business; • Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance; Skills • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing • Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions • Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities • * Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude • Experience in the crypto industry or fast-paced tech environments • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM systems Benefits • Competitive salary and company benefits • Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team) Company Overview • Binance is a blockchain ecosystem and digital asset exchange platform that provides a wide range of crypto-related services.
