This role involves managing day-to-day affiliate program implementation, driving customer acquisition, and collaborating with international teams to optimize affiliate marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution and day-to-day management of iHerb’s global affiliate, content, influencer programs, and special projects to help drive customer acquisition and revenue growthExecute new affiliate discovery strategy and recruitment outreach, dormant affiliate activation, and existing affiliate optimization efforts for the iHerb affiliate programsAssist with affiliate onboarding and recruitment efforts through proactive outreach, prospecting, and onboarding, ensuring proper tracking implementation, and providing relationship support for partners across key international marketsCreate and disseminate affiliate newsletters, promotional communications, and campaign updates aligned with the global promotional calendar across affiliate networks and via emailImplement affiliate commission changes, schedule bonuses, create tracking links, facilitate promotional assets across affiliate platforms, including Partnerize, Impact, Awin, and CJCollect screenshots of all promotional placements, creating campaign recap decks for internal stakeholdersCoordinate with the creative team and marketing operations teams to align with the existing promotional calendar, ensuring affiliate campaigns, promotions, and assets are launched accurately and distributed on scheduleMonitor affiliate program activity, analyze the incrementality and performance of promotional placements, and identify opportunities for optimization, escalation, or follow-up supportPrepare recurring reports on affiliate program and publisher performance, campaign activity, and partner engagement for internal stakeholdersMaintain organized documentation of affiliate communications, recruitment pipelines, commission structures, and implementation processesCollaborate with International Affiliate Managers and International teams to support localized affiliate campaigns and market-specific initiativesEvaluate and propose strategic recommendations to grow the affiliate channel by international marketReview TM+ violations and communicate with partners on the removal of paid search adsSkillsProven experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, influencer marketing, referral marketing, or digital marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce or agency environmentsExperience supporting affiliate marketing programs using platforms such as Partnerize, Impact, CJ, or AwinHighly organized, detail-oriented, experienced in digital marketing execution, and passionate about driving global affiliate program expansionStrong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and accuracyComfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and recurring operational tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience creating affiliate communications, including newsletters, outreach emails, and promotional updatesFamiliarity with affiliate tracking links, commission structures, and campaign implementation processesStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and across international markets and different culturesBoth a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized 'doer,' with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards actionAnalytical mindset with the ability to review and analyze campaign performance data, identify trends or issuesExperience in growth-stage ecommerce company, affiliate marketing agency, or digital marketing agency highly preferredCustomer-oriented and hyper-analytical, with a positive, entrepreneurial spiritProfessional-working proficiency or native proficiency in any major global languagePreferred languages include: Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese, with opportunity for additional global language options availableExperience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferredProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience analyzing data and creating detailed reports.
