[Remote] Affiliate Marketing Manager

They are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and run their affiliate program, managing partnerships and optimizing for patient acquisition. The role requires a hands-on approach to recruiting affiliates, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage LumiMeds' affiliate and partner program across networks (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, or similar) and direct relationshipsRecruit and onboard high-fit affiliates — health bloggers, wellness creators, comparison sites, coupon platforms, email publishers, and telehealth review sitesNegotiate commission structures, CPA deals, and hybrid arrangements that align partner incentives with patient LTVActivate and re-engage existing partners — create promotions, provide creative assets, and run performance reviewsMonitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety across all affiliate placementsWork with legal/compliance to ensure all affiliate messaging meets FDA/FTC guidelines for health and compounded medication claimsReport on affiliate contribution: new patients, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV by partner segmentIdentify and test adjacent partnership models — referral programs, loyalty integrations, co-marketing dealsSkills3+ years managing affiliate or performance partnership programs — brand side or agencyDirect experience with at least one major affiliate network (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, or similar)Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structuresExperience recruiting and managing publisher and creator relationships at scaleFamiliarity with fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and brand safety in affiliate channelsData-driven — comfortable pulling reports, building dashboards, and making optimization decisions from performance dataThis role requires professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hoursBonus: experience in telehealth, DTC health, wellness, or subscription businessesBonus: existing relationships with health/wellness publishers, comparison sites, or coupon platformsCompany OverviewLumiMeds is a telehealth platform dedicated to providing patients with long-term, affordable health care.
