[Remote] Affiliate Community Manager (TikTok)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LTVplus is a global remote team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking an Affiliate Community Manager (TikTok) to build relationships with affiliate creators, drive engagement, and support the TikTok affiliate program through community management and operational execution.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage and grow affiliate chat groups on Discord and Lark
ā¢ Build strong relationships with creators by fostering collaboration and excitement around brand campaigns
ā¢ Share brand updates, briefs, product launches, and campaign news to keep affiliates informed
ā¢ Answer questions promptly to drive engagement and maintain trust
ā¢ Support new affiliates through onboarding, ensuring they understand program guidelines and opportunities
ā¢ Provide clear communication and resources to help creators succeed
ā¢ Use Kalodata to identify midtier TikTok creators that meet program criteria
ā¢ Send batch outreach messages to invite creators into the affiliate program
ā¢ Monitor and respond to inquiries via the TikTok affiliate email inbox
ā¢ Coordinate product shipments to creators using Shopify
ā¢ Track outreach, engagement, and shipping activities to ensure smooth execution
Skills
ā¢ Minimum of 3 years as an Affiliate Community Manager, working directly with content creators to build and sustain engagement
ā¢ Experience managing online communities (Discord, Lark, or similar platforms)
ā¢ Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for creators
ā¢ Knowledgeable with TikTok creator ecosystem and affiliate marketing
ā¢ Comfortable with outreach tools and data platforms (e.g., Kalodata)
ā¢ Organized and detail-oriented, with experience handling operational tasks like email monitoring and product fulfillment
ā¢ Proactive, empathetic, and passionate about building creator relationships
ā¢ Creative Curiosity: An innate drive to bring both analytical rigor and creative exploration to every project
ā¢ Proactive Mindset: A personality that gets 'restless' when campaigns are merely 'running fine' and is always looking for the next test
ā¢ AI Fluency: While AI tool usage is expected, a high degree of comfort and fluency is considered a core part of the workflow
