Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong computer navigation and typing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Health insurance experience
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
1+ year of experience in a call center setting
