[Remote] AEC Project manager

Lingo Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the successful delivery of BIM, VDC, and design production services for clients in the AEC industry. This client-facing leadership role involves managing project execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects and programsOwn day-to-day project delivery, coordination, and client communicationsManage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource alignmentConduct regular project reviews with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and next stepsManage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships throughout project lifecyclesLead MEP and BIM coordination efforts across disciplines using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, BIM 360, and related platformsFacilitate model coordination, clash detection, issue resolution, and workflow managementTranslate client requirements, design intent, and project objectives into clear direction for production teamsSupport project onboarding, setup, and workflow alignment within Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud environmentsCoordinate execution across Architecture, Engineering, MEP, and VDC teamsEnsure all project deliverables meet client standards, technical requirements, and quality expectationsMonitor production performance and proactively address delivery challengesIdentify project risks, coordination issues, and scope changes early, driving resolution before impacts occurSupport management of project scope, change requests, and evolving client needsContribute to the continuous improvement of standards, workflows, processes, and best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 6+ years of experience in AEC project delivery, BIM/VDC management, production management, or related rolesDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teamsStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture and/or MEP)Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)Experience with VDC workflows, model coordination, clash detection, and BIM execution processesSolid understanding of construction documentation, design development, and project delivery workflowsProven project management experience, including scheduling, tracking, coordination, and client-facing deliveryStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholdersAbility and willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, including domestic and international travelPMP certification is a plusAutodesk Certified Professional, LEED Accreditation, BIM Coordination, or BIM Management certifications are highly desirableExperience managing or coordinating with offshore production teams preferredProximity to a major airport strongly preferredBenefitsCompetitive annual base salary + commissionHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCompany OverviewWelcome to Lingo Staffing, where we specialize in providing top-notch staffing solutions across a wide array of industries.
