[Remote] Advocacy Corps Organizer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL) is a national, nonpartisan Quaker organization that lobbies Congress to advance peace, justice, and environmental stewardship. The Advocacy Corps Organizer will learn critical organizing skills and work to mobilize constituents to engage with Congress on issues of affordability, particularly focusing on health care and nutrition assistance. Responsibilities • Help arrange meetings with members of Congress in their local offices • Develop a work plan that highlights your strengths and organizing style Skills • Be creative and passionate • Have a willingness to engage in dialogue with those of different opinions • Commit to spending 10 days in Summer Intensive Training from July 24, 2026 - August 3, 2026 • Commit to bringing a delegation of community members to lobbying conference in the Spring TBD DATES in late March or mid-April.
