They are seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist who will be responsible for consulting on and executing digital ad channels and campaign strategies for enterprise clients, while building strong relationships to support customer objectives.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing customer performance data and building executable, cross-channel strategies to grow their revenue and reachPartner with CSM to understand their brand goals, assess their capabilities and provide recommendations to help them accelerate their business and technology objectivesDevelop an understanding and knowledge of customer’s channel strategies, and guide best practices with our productProactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work to build a risk mitigation planDeliver business value and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding our customers’ key business challengesWork collaboratively with the account team and HYP executives across the organization, effectively network within accounts from the Executive-Level down, in order to help customers achieve their objectivesAct as the liaison between Product and the Customer with a focus on feature collaboration and communicating the feature roadmaps in a balanced 'one-versus-many' approach required by the SaaS modelCollaborate with customer’s relevant partners to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution and to create a trusted three way partnership between customer, partner, and HYPCoaching the next generation of HYP Strategists on platform technologies and strategiesEnsuring customer satisfaction, growth and retention within customer portfolioSkills3 years+ of professional experience, with 1 year+ of experience in SaaS/enterprise software, Success, Account Management/Ad Operations, Client Services &/or Digital Agency is requiredExperience in digital channel marketing strategies and tactics; media and advertising (search & display) is requiredExpert level of understanding in programmatic technologies, GMP (DV360, SA360, GTM, GA, CM) as well as other social and ecomm marketing platformsBachelors' degree in a related fieldStrong consulting skills and proven results working to drive business value for customersExposure to B2B & B2C business modelsAbility to drive effective and influencing conversations across levelsAbility to quickly grasp explain technological and business conceptsPassion for marketing technology, working with cool people and making a true impact is an absolute mustExperience working with distributed teams requiredExcellent verbal and written communication, and virtual customer-facing presentation skillsAbility to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions as part of team in a matrix environmentSuccess working in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment with a rapidly growing companyBe awesomeCompany OverviewHyperlocology develops multi-location marketing software that allows brands to transform the way they market together with each location.
