The Sr. Advancement Systems Analyst is responsible for providing strategic, data-driven insights to enhance fundraising strategies and manage database systems to optimize philanthropic efforts.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts that will shape fundraising strategies and drive philanthropic successDeveloping and implementing a cohesive strategy for analytics to inform strategic decisions, planning and resource allocationDeveloping predictive models to forecast donor behavior and optimize fundraising efforts for all Cottage Health foundationsWorking with various, often large, data sources, including relational databases, data warehouses, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performanceDeveloping, implementing, and managing Advancement’s database systemsProviding day-to-day operational systems analysis and validation, troubleshooting system failures, analyzing planning/capacity results, formulating and suggesting system enhancements, and maintaining data healthLeading the business design process, and supporting implementation of data standards, policies, and proceduresProviding training and support to the end-user communitySkillsBachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education following the standard two years of experience is equivalent to one year of educationExtensive experience with Blackbaud's products, including The Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunityExperience with data modeling and report development, including SQL and Power BIFive years of previous database experienceExperience working with business intelligence reporting toolsBenefitsPay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity.Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable.Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program.For more information on our comprehensive Total Rewards offerings, please visit https://cottagehealth.org/careers/total-rewards .Company OverviewMission Statement: To provide superior health care for and improve the health of our communities through a commitment to our core values of excellence, integrity, and compassion.
