Our client combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology to meet and exceed the evolving needs of homeowners.The OpportunityAs a Remote ADU Consultant, you will play a key role in our client’s high-performing sales team, managing a continuous stream of inbound B2C leads within the growing ADU design and construction market. You will take charge of the full sales process, from the initial point of contact through qualification, consultation, and follow-up, to deliver customized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. Your expertise and collaborative approach will be essential for driving sales, maintaining a high conversion rate, and contributing to a company recognized for excellence, innovation, and supportive growth opportunities.What You'll DoConduct video sales presentations to qualified warm leadsConsistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIsOwn the full sales cycle from initial contact to qualification and follow-upEngage with new and existing clients, building strong relationships and maintaining a high conversion rateCollaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutionsLeverage AI, CRM, dashboards, and automation tools for pipeline management and performance trackingTake part in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill developmentWhat You BringAt least 1 year of successful B2C sales or customer support experienceA track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIsFull professional working proficiency in English (Level C1-C2)Experience with CRM systems, dashboard analytics, AI tools, and other sales technologiesIdeally, fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or another Slavic languageBonus: Knowledge of ADUs, residential constructionKey Success DriversNaturally introspective, with a focused and steady work approachEager and receptive to feedback; flexible and growth-orientedComfortable with established routines and structured processesCommitted to continuous learning and horizontal skill developmentConsistent, reliable, and goal-oriented for sustained successWhy Join?Employment type: full-timeWork Environment: 100% remote with set working hours starting 7- 8 am PST timeCompetitive Compensation: $3,000–$3,500/month (40-60% base + uncapped bonus)Tons of inbound leads.
