This fully remote position involves partnering with various teams to support ad platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and analyze operational data to enhance campaign effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesYou will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Advertisers to support ad platform operations and drive advertiser successSupport new product launches and advertiser onboarding rollouts through cross-functional collaborationTroubleshoot campaign, platform, and operational issues, managing investigations through resolutionAnalyze operational data and leverage internal tools to diagnose campaign and platform challengesIdentify process improvement opportunities and build automated workflows to reduce manual effortServe as primary point of contact for sales teams and advertisers regarding campaign and platform supportAssist with campaign setup, QA, content moderation, and operational execution activitiesSkills3+ years of experience in Operations, Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, Analytics, or Strategic OperationsStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approachSQL experience highly preferredExperience supporting advertising campaigns, digital marketing operations, or advertiser-facing platforms strongly preferredExperience working in high-growth technology, subscription-based, or digital advertising environments is highly desirableExperience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools preferredBenefitsW2 optionReferral BonusCompany OverviewThe Fountain Group is a staffing firm that specializes in rendering contingent workforce solutions to various industries.
