RSA Tech is seeking an Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) Audience Segmentation Analyst to support digital audience strategy through data collection, segmentation, and activation. The role involves building audience segments, collaborating with marketing and IT teams, and ensuring data quality for targeted marketing outcomes.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain audience segments in AAM aligned to marketing needsSupport tagging (web and media) and data collection across campaignsCollaborate with marketing, IT, and tagging teams to enable audience strategyAssist with onboarding data into Digital Marketing Platforms (DMPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)Perform audience maintenance, reporting, and data quality checksSupport campaign launches and audience activationConduct data audits and ensure proper implementationSkillsBachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred)5+ years of experience with digital marketing platforms (DMPs, CDPs, campaign tools)Advanced Excel skills, including data import/export, string parsing, VLOOKUPs, and database functionsHands-on Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) or similar platform experienceUnderstanding of tagging, segmentation, and digital media channelsData QualityDigitalAdvanced ExcelDigital Campaign User Flow TestingMarketingCompany OverviewRSA Tech is an information technology services and solutions company.
