As an Admissions Representative, you will play a vital role in recruiting and guiding qualified students through the admissions process, providing exceptional support and guidance every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and enroll qualified students for our academic programs, ensuring a seamless and supportive admissions experience
Provide expert guidance and information to prospective students, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Conduct interviews, schedule appointments, and make outbound calls to interested prospects, building strong relationships and driving enrollment growth
Maintain accurate records of admissions activities, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and company policies
Participate in training and meetings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and contributing to the development of our admissions strategies
Mentor students to identify their skills and interests, helping them achieve their academic and career goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience, with a strong background in consultative sales and recruiting
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
Associate's Degree or higher, with a strong academic record and a passion for education
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
