[Remote] Admissions Interviewer/Reader

They are seeking seasonal Selection Team Members for the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program to evaluate applications and facilitate interviews for scholarship candidates, playing a key role in identifying exceptional students who demonstrate leadership and commitment to service. Responsibilities • Evaluate Robertson Scholars applications using established criteria • Moderate interviews with scholarship candidates • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and fairness in selection • Utilize online platforms to manage application materials and interview logistics • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the selection process Skills • Experience in admissions, college counseling, human resources, recruiting, or leadership development • Strong reading and writing skills • Familiarity with online software platforms • Graduate degree strongly preferred • Prior experience with scholarship selection or interview facilitation Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required Company Overview • Duke Department of Population Health Sciences offers population health science.
