The Administrator II, Applications Systems will be responsible for application administration and support, ensuring alignment with IT Enterprise Services and customer-focused objectives.ResponsibilitiesPrimary administration and integration within our SaaS Enterprise Content Management (Document/Workflow) SuiteEnsure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreementsImplement Security measures and access controlsSupport change control and testing processes for modifications to application systemsAnalyze system for overall performance and give recommendations for improvementsProvide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processesDevelop strong working relationships with third party vendorsResearch and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasksIdentify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scaleQuick, efficient, and effective issue resolution with proactive communication to all stakeholdersRecommend, schedule, and perform improvements, patches, and reconfigurationsDevelop, document, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate useWork with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations and uptime of application environmentsProactive monitoring and maintenance of SaaS / Windows system environmentsProvide backup administration support to other teammatesProvide after-hours supportOther Responsibilities (including one or more of the following):Co-Administration within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot and the Power PlatformCo-Administration within Atlassian SaaS platformsCo-Administration within Oracle Fusion & ORMB ERP platformsCo-Administration within Dynamics (D365) CRM PlatformCo-Administration within business process development platforms like Nintex/K2Co-Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnectOther duties as assignedSkillsAssociate's degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the field of Application and Server Administration required3 years' working experience requiredHands-on technical experience maintaining serversEnterprise Windows Administration including concepts such as Certificate Services, Web Services, Provisioning and SecurityKnowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworkHands on enterprise application and hardware troubleshooting experienceWorking technical knowledge of networks, PCs and platform operating systems including Windows and Red HatWorking knowledge of Scripting languages such as Shell Scripting, YAML, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Batch, Object Oriented Programing, HTML5, and CSSWorking knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PostGres, and MongoDBWorking knowledge of Structured Query Language and Database Scripting conceptsWorking knowledge of Release Automation processesKnowledge of Application support methodologies and processes for platforms such as M365 and Dynamics Cloud applications, Great Plains, Atlassian Suite, Informatica, Automic, Qlikview, QlikSense, Alation, and Qlik ReplicateExperience documenting and maintaining configuration and process informationKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URACParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees5 years' experience in the field of Application and Server Administration preferredCompany OverviewNavitus Health Solutions LLC is a full service, URAC-accredited pharmacy benefit management company.
