NexRep, LLC is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support for agent lifecycle management. The role involves onboarding and offboarding agents, assisting with technical support, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports to support business needs.ResponsibilitiesProvisions and credentials new agents by completing onboarding requirements, system access requests, and account setup activitiesOffboards agents by removing system access, updating records, and ensuring completion of all separation processesAssists agents with technical support needs, including login issues, account access concerns, and basic troubleshootingMaintains accurate agent rosters and workforce records across multiple systemsGenerates, updates, and distributes reports to support operational and business needsTracks and monitors training and course completion requirements and follows up as necessary to ensure complianceCommunicates effectively with client, leadership, and internal departments to resolve issues and provide timely updatesCoordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and offboarding processesMaintains confidentiality of sensitive information and adheres to company policies and proceduresPerforms additional administrative duties and special projects as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to effectively multitask and manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build and maintain positive interdepartmental relationshipsProfessional demeanor and customer-focused approachStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismPrevious administrative, workforce management, customer support, or related experience preferredExperience supporting remote teams or contractor workforces is preferredCompany OverviewNexRep is a consumer services company that offers call center management services.
