Compensation: Competitive salary up to $45,000, commensurate with experience.
As a Remote Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including gathering accident documentation, communicating with insurance carriers and clients, and maintaining organized records. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning. We provide all necessary equipment for a productive work-from-home experience.
Responsibilities:
Gather accident documentation from client systems.
Communicate directly with insurance carriers and clients as needed.
Master multiple client systems and applications.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and organization.
Effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.
Adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as assigned.
Communicate professionally, both in writing and verbally.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Previous experience in auto insurance or claims environment preferred.
Strong typing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable working independently.
