Donald P Day Law is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Administrative & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a flexible, hourly position offering opportunities for both part-time and full-time work, with flexible hours based on productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Experience with data entry and CRM/ERP systems is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Conduct web-based research (e.g., Google searches) as needed.
Input and maintain data accurately using Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or Google Docs.
Handle customer bill processing as assigned.
Collect and recycle outdated publications; distribute new publications when applicable.
Proactively identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally.
Organize, sort, assemble, and maintain files.
Develop strategies to support organizational goals and adapt to changing conditions.
Present information effectively to various audiences.
Draft reports, proposals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant customer service/business experience.
Proven administrative support experience.
Experience working with CRM and ERP software (NetSuite and Salesforce, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word; PowerPoint preferred).
Excellent customer issue resolution skills.
Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
Outstanding communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask.
