They are seeking a part time Administrative Coordinator to support their Professional Education and Events team by providing administrative support, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance for healthcare events.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for professional education and events, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with cross functional teamsManage contracting process, compliance documentation, and invoice processing for physician speakers, proctors, consultants, and vendorsAssist with logistics for training programs and events—travel coordination, attendee communication, agenda updates, material tracking, and post event follow upMaintain organized systems for KOLs, event files, timelines, and tracking toolsSupport distribution and inventory of event materials and resources for field teamsSkillsStrong administrative or coordination experience, preferably in healthcare, medical education, or medical devicesExcellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesClear written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Smartsheet, SAP, Wrike or workflow tools a plusComfortable working independently in a remote, fast paced environmentBusiness acumen for thoughtfully handling important relationships and cross-communication with other company stakeholdersFamiliarity with physician contracting or compliance related processes preferredCompany OverviewBiotronik is a privately held multinational biomedical technology company headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
