Centurion Health is a provider of mental health services to the California Department of State Hospitals-Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Program (FACT). The Administrative Assistant is responsible for interacting with local courts, attorneys, and state hospitals, managing phones, filing, typing memos, and overseeing the schedules of FACT clients and staff.ResponsibilitiesInteracts with local courts and tracks court-related reports to ensure timely completion and submissionInteracts with attorneys, parole agents and state hospitals related to FACT clients maintaining a positive, collaborative relationshipMaintains current and accurate FACT client and staff contact informationMaintains current credentialing files for FACT staffMaintains schedules for FACT staff assigned to the siteCompletes payroll process for FACT staff as required by the CompanyManages site phones ensuring that FACT staff receive messages in a timely mannerTracks client-specific expenses to facilitate payment in a timely mannerMaintains schedules for FACT clientsMaintains individual FACT patient records as required by FACT policy and proceduresMaintains Special Incident file, Urine Drug Screen Laboratory Test files, and FACT Client Criminal History Summaries filesOrders and monitors inventory of office and programming suppliesEnsures compliance with Company confidentiality policies, and Federal and State laws, regulations, and guidelines including HIPAAOther duties as assignedSkillsHigh school diplomaTwo years clerical experienceAbility to interact well with varied levels of management, clinical and administrative staffMust be able to pass a background investigationMust have valid California driver's license; good driving record.
