As an Administrative Assistant & Event Coordinator, you will support the founder and event managers by ensuring smooth operations and assisting with both client-facing events and internal processes.ResponsibilitiesExecutive support : Assist founder with administrative tasks, timesheet tracking, scheduling coordination, and other support as neededAdministrative and operational support: Help maintain documentation, organize files, manage data entry, and support internal processes that keep projects and the business running smoothlyTeam support : Help coordinate internal communication, manage shared resources, and support team initiatives and special projectsGifting and team experience : Coordinate employee milestone gifts, client gifting programs, and other thoughtful touches that help strengthen relationships and reinforce the CKE experienceProcess improvement : Look for opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and consistency across internal operations and event workflowsEvent support : Assist event managers with logistics, production tasks, activations, research, and project coordination across conferences, trade shows, field marketing programs, and internal eventsLogistics and shipment coordination : Track and manage shipments of event materials, swag, gifts, and supplies to ensure items arrive accurately and on timeVendor and venue research : Support venue sourcing, vendor outreach, proposal collection, and information gathering to help event managers make informed decisionsOnsite event support : Travel to support event setup, registration, logistics coordination, attendee experience, and day-of operationsSkills2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, events, project coordination, or related roleYou follow through on commitments, take ownership of your work, and someone the team can trustYou enjoy creating structure, managing details, and keeping projects moving forwardYou don't wait to be told what to do.
