Remote Administrative Assistant
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a premiere company to fill their open Remote Administrative Assistant job. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative role. Our client is a stable, global company. You will earn $18.50 per hour in this role. During the temporary period you will be eligible to sign up for LHHs benefits package (details below). You will work REMOTE using company-provided technology. This role is expected to last at least 3 months but may be extended depending on our clients future needs.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Customer Service department with administrative tasks
Entering order information into the database
Tracking the status of orders
Field customer inquiries over e-mail and phone when needed
Managing data in the database
Managing customer communications
Processing reports
All other related tasks as required
Qualifications
At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work effectively in a team setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Compensation
Hourly rate of $18.50
