[Remote] Ad Product Manager

The Ad Product Manager will assist in leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new monetization efforts, prioritize work related to ad revenue vendors, and identify opportunities to increase revenue across digital properties. Responsibilities • Assist in leading cross functional teams to develop and launch new monetization efforts with specific enhancements to our ad serving vendors and programmatic vendors • Prioritize work related to ad revenue vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery • Gather requirements from appropriate stakeholders to ensure alignment and feedback • Identify opportunities and help build roadmaps to increase revenue across our digital properties • Build new enhancements and features into our ad serving technologies to help drive direct sales • Work closely with the Analytics team to identify new opportunities via A/B testing • Develop feature enhancements with our current vendors, working closely with the vendors’ product and engineering teams • Keep up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to optimize Nexstar’s advertising revenue Skills • Agile experience • Experience with Jira & Confluence • Experience with Ad servers (Google ad manager, Freewheel (Video ad server)) • Knowledge around auctioning capabilities • Experience with Adobe Analytics • Experience with Adobe Target Benefits • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Company Overview • At TEKsystems, they understand people.
