[Remote] Acquisition Consultant / Management Analyst (COR)

The Acquisition Consultant / Management Analyst will support the DoD's Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) Program by overseeing program performance, ensuring compliance with acquisition regulations, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise on DoD COR Program requirements, policies, and objectives, including training CORs on roles and responsibilitiesMonitor, evaluate, and analyze COR program performance against defined goals and compliance standardsConduct program planning, evaluation, and analysis to support continuous improvement initiativesCollect, validate, and analyze program data, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and leadershipPrepare and deliver reports, briefings, and recommendations on COR program status and performanceSupport planning and review of key elements of the DHA COR ProgramApply program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective project executionManage and execute complex project assignments involving cross-functional coordinationDevelop and maintain a centralized COR repository including guides, templates, and instructional materialsEnsure COR personnel maintain compliance with regulatory, training, and reporting requirementsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information disseminationSkillsMust possess an active public trust clearanceA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is requiredMinimum of 4 years of experience in monitoring COR programs and performing detailed program analysis against defined objectivesStrong knowledge of DoD COR Program requirements and processesExperience with program analysis, evaluation, and reportingAbility to collect, interpret, and present data effectivelyStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesAbility to manage complex, cross-functional program activitiesFamiliarity with the Integrative Acquisition Environment (IAE) and DoD acquisition systemsKnowledge of Federal and DoD acquisition proceduresExperience supporting DHA or similar federal acquisition programsBackground in compliance tracking and program governanceBenefitsComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans (Healthcare benefits are 100% employer-paid for employees only)Life InsurancePaid Time Off (Flexible/Combined PTO, Bereavement Leave, 11 Company Paid Holidays)401K Retirement Plan with employer matchProfessional Development Training Reimbursement.Company OverviewInnovating the Public Sector with Cutting-Edge Technologies At VivSoft, we tackle complex public sector challenges with innovative solutions.
