[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist/Collections (Legal)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Henderson Scott US is a leading global law firm seeking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to its finance team. This role will focus on cash applications, resolving unapplied payments, and supporting billing and collections teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue processing.
Responsibilities
• Applying cash and maintaining accurate A/R records
• Investigating and resolving unapplied or unidentified payments
• Partnering with billing and collections on account inquiries
• Supporting write-offs, reversals, and reallocations
• Managing internal requests and ensuring timely resolution
Skills
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Aderant is a plus
