[Remote] Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for managing customer collections, resolving disputes, and maintaining customer relationships while streamlining processes through automation.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze information and communicate to supervisor as needed to determine next course of actionOwn customer collections accounts in North America and create streamlined processes through automationProvide timely resolution of past due and disputed items with customers to ensure continued relationshipCollaborate with customer, sales and management to resolve various issuesManage refunds, account adjustments and write offs in accordance with company policiesReconcile customer accountsMaintain detailed records of interactions with customers including follow up dates and next stepsIdentify resolution of larger scale issues which are negatively impacting customer experienceManage 3rd Party Collections and Bankruptcy in accordance with company proceduresPerform other duties as assignedSkills2+ years collection experienceExperience with Salesforce or CRMExperience working with MS Office Suite including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidential financial filesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluency in Spanish and English in speaking and writingExcellent negotiation skills, ability to gain trust and confidence with customers, management and peersSense of urgency in delivery and prioritization of tasksProven history of successful dispute reconciliation/troubleshootingEffectively manage workload to a deadlineAbility to identify root cause issues, offer possible solutions and/or next course of action through data analysisExperience working in a public companyKnowledge of collection principles with ability to reconcile credits & debitsCollaborative, positive, team player with commitment to outstanding customer service with external and internal stakeholdersExperience working in fast-paced, high volume, high growth atmosphereExperience with Oracle or large ERPKnowledge of standard software BA/BS degreeBenefitsBonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
