[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain financial records while supporting the finance department and adhering to compliance standards.ResponsibilitiesComplete the full End-to-End process of invoicing handling, processing, and payments, as well as, respond to and resolve any inquiries related to the direct-spend invoices in Great PlainsProcess a high volume of invoices accurately and efficientlyMaintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiriesFollow a fraud prevention process when calling all suppliers to confirm banking details additions or changesEnsure compliance with internal SOX controls and company policiesManage P-Card transaction audits and inquiries ensuring both are completed timely and with accuracyAudit Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) reports for accuracy, policy compliance, and proper documentationIdentify and flag non-compliant or questionable expenses and follow up for resolutionManage banking-related activities, including research and resolution of payment issues, returned payments, and bank inquiriesAdminister Positive Pay processes, including file uploads, exception review, and fraud prevention controlsAssist leadership in finding efficiencies in our processes while upholding the quality in our controls and standardsParticipate in projects that involve integrations or testing that improve payment and invoicing processesAs efficiencies are gained, additional responsibilities could be assigned, or a need may arise to assist in research of escalated situationsSkills2-4 years of Accounts Payable, Procurement, or experience in advance knowledge of B2B banking transactionsProficiency in Microsoft Office with strong working knowledge Excel functionsAbove average analytical thinking and communication skills to convey information effectivelyFlexibility in responding to unanticipated situationsA proven ability to build strong business relationships beyond the finance teamAbility to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of either Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud (Cloud Preferred) AP SubledgerKnowledge of Great Plain ERP is preferred but not required2+ years of experience in auditing P-Cards or corporate credit card transactions is preferredBenefitsEligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026During your first year of service, you will accrue 5.84 hours of PTO for each bi-weekly pay period.You will receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually.This applies to full-time positions only.Company OverviewTeladoc is a telehealth platform that offers primary care, mental health, and chronic condition management services for patients.
