[Remote] Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists

The role involves processing vendor invoices, scheduling payments, generating client invoices, and collaborating on financial matters within a supportive team culture. Responsibilities Process and verify vendor invoices promptly and accurately, matching them with approvals and supporting documentation Schedule and process payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks Generate and issue client invoices in a timely manner while monitoring incoming payments Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, performing bank and credit card reconciliations Collaborate with internal teams on billing and financial matters, maintaining accurate financial records and reports Skills Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior remote work experience Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
