[Remote] Accounts Payable Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mariani Premier Group is building the premier outdoor living company in the country and is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable function, overseeing invoice processing, vendor management, and supervising Accounts Payable staff.ResponsibilitiesManage invoice processing and GL coding across multiple entities in the ERP, partnering with OpCo and field finance teams to resolve coding and approval issuesOversee approval routing and three-way match in the spend management and operations platforms, coordinating with procurement on purchase order and receipt discrepanciesExecute and oversee payment runs across multiple methods (ACH, check, card) through the spend management and banking platforms, working with treasury on payment timing and cash positioningMaintain vendor master data across the ERP and spend management platforms, serving as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolving payment disputesPerform AP subledger-to-GL reconciliation in the ERPSupport internal and external audit requests related to accounts payableSupervise and develop Accounts Payable staffSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of accounts payable experiencePrior supervisory experienceMulti-entity AP experienceExperience with ERP, corporate card/spend management, banking, and industry-specific operations platformsBenefits401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Company OverviewThe Mariani Premier Group is a collection of the country’s finest landscaping companies who have joined together to share best practices and offer our clients and associates the benefits that come from having national scale.
