[Remote] Accounts Payable Clerk - Part-Time/Contract

They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, process invoices, and maintain vendor relationships while supporting the integration of payment data across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice intake, processing invoices and approval routingProcess and reconcile corporate card transactions across Brex and Ramp, and ensure employees are compliant with T&E policyCoordinate with vendors to ensure accurate billing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date vendor recordsSupport the integration of payment data across Zip, Brex, Ramp, and Sage IntacctPartner with business owners on new vendor onboardingRespond to internal and external payment inquiries in a timely and professional mannerSkills1–3 years of accounts payable experienceHands-on experience with procure-to-payStrong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsStrong critical thinking and judgment skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify exceptions, and comfortably handle variable billing structures and evolving processesSolid understanding of AP fundamentals: invoice processing, 3-way matching, payment terms, and vendor managementComfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with non-finance stakeholdersProficiency in Excel or Google SheetsFamiliarity with Zip, Ramp and/or BrexBenefitsWe're a remote-first company and value in-person connection.
