[Remote] Accounts Payable Associate

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage expense code discrepancies, prepare vouchers, and ensure timely payments while maintaining customer service levels.ResponsibilitiesCodes invoices and accounts, reconciles and researches customer information, and processes account transactions to ensure quality output and timely invoice paymentsAnalyzes exceptions, reviews correspondence for follow-up, and routes unresolved items to appropriate departmentsPerforms research and reconciliation functions to update and maintain account information. Performs basic data entry in department systemsMonitors and flags expense reports for policy exceptions or violationsClears and matches account information and processes expenses and vendor paymentsOpens and sorts mail by document type, such as invoice, statement, correspondence, or check. Batches and prepares invoices for scanning. Scans invoices into system for payment processing.
