[Remote] Accounting Operations Analyst

They are seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to support month-end close processes and improve accounting workflows through technology and data analysis.ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysesDevelop a strong understanding of transaction flows and ensure accounting treatment aligns with US GAAPFocus on key financial areas such as revenue and cost of revenue within gaming operationsIdentify, design, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the accounting functionLeverage tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflowsAnalyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insightsPartner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial data, streamline reporting, and drive operational efficiencyCommunicate findings, recommendations, and process improvements clearly to stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required1+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in accounting or finance.
