The Disney Financial Services Purchase-to-Pay company provides worldwide support to our commercial enterprise section partners and suppliers across The Walt Disney Company, associated with Purchasing, Disbursements, Controls / Compliance, and Cash Management Optimization.
Job Responsibilities
As an Accounting Associate, you will:

Provide exceptional client service and support to global stakeholders and suppliers
Process transactions, manage customer inquiries, and resolve complex purchase order and invoice-related errors
Analyze data to identify process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiencies
Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to identify and advocate for process upgrades
Meet productivity targets and ensure timely posting of invoices and address invoice-related defects

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

0-2 years of accounting experience, with experience in Accounts Payable preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven ability to learn new programs and systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage a high volume of tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Experience with Microsoft Office products and SAP knowledge (preferred)
An associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required), with a bachelor's degree preferred
