[Remote] Accounting and Finance Business Development Director

The Accounting and Finance Business Development Director will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and establishing client relationships while collaborating with recruiters and business stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain target list developing client relationshipsConduct prospecting activities including phone calls, “ad calls,” skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methodsGenerate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectivesManage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillmentUtilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activitiesCollaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriateSkillsBachelor's Degree required12-24 months selling accounting/financial project solutions or comparable client relations experience in audit, tax, and/or public accountingCPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plusBenefitsAn applicant may also be eligible to participate in certain incentive
