[Remote] Accounting and Finance Agency Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire positions while collaborating with the sales team and business stakeholders to fulfill open job orders effectively.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job ordersUpdate, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activitiesPerform weekly interviews in line with performance objectivesGenerate leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales effortsUtilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activitiesCollaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriateSkillsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 1 to 2 years of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant talent solution accounting and finance experience highly preferredProactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job ordersUpdate, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activitiesPerform weekly interviews in line with performance objectivesGenerate leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales effortsUtilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activitiesCollaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriateCustomer/Candidate Focus - Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutionsResults Oriented - Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstancesCommunicates Effectively - Develops and delivers written and verbal communication that conveys clear understanding of different audiences and their levels of comprehension.
