The role involves training and evaluating AI models using professional accounting insight, including reviewing financial statements and providing expert feedback.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Document Evaluation: Reviewing complex financial statements, audit reports, and regulatory filings to ensure data integrity
ā¢ AI Model Guidance: answering specific questions based on document content to help AI models understand technical or formal language
ā¢ Fact-Checking & Validation: ensuring that the outputs generated by AI systems align with professional standards and logical accounting frameworks
ā¢ Knowledge Sharing: providing expert feedback to help bridge the gap between human expertise and machine learning
Skills
ā¢ Accounting Background: you have an accounting degree, professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA etc.), or relevant experience as an accountant
ā¢ Attention to Detail: the ability to review complex documentation and identify key nuances or inaccuracies
ā¢ Critical Thinking: an 'accounting mind' capable of providing logical, fact-based reasoning to support your answers
ā¢ Reliability: the ability to work independently on ad hoc, remote assignments that fit around your existing commitments
