The role involves analyzing financial data, critiquing accounting workflows, and collaborating with teams to ensure data relevance.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide precise, real-world accounting expertise to inform and enhance AI model training
ā¢ Review, analyze, and validate a diverse set of financial data and documentation
ā¢ Evaluate and critique accounting scenarios, workflows, and policies for accuracy and clarity
ā¢ Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback on complex financial concepts and accounting tasks
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure realistic and relevant accounting datasets
ā¢ Leverage deep understanding of regulatory environments (US, UK, CAN, Europe, LATAM) to provide context-rich insights
Skills
ā¢ Possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Auditor designation
ā¢ Have a minimum of 5- of hands-on professional accounting experience
ā¢ Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal English communication skills that are clear, concise, and professional
ā¢ Have demonstrated expertise across bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax, and audit processes
ā¢ Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
ā¢ Have a high attention to detail and an utmost commitment to accuracy
