Remote Accountant – Bookkeeper
A nationwide accounting firm is hiring Bookkeepers and Accountants for full time and part time remote job opportunities. Flexible hours and days. Benefits include medical, dental, IRA, and paid time off. Overtime is also offered – but not required. The Bookkeeper (or Accountant) is responsible for assisting the CPA/Certified Public Accountant that represents a broad client base. Clients will include businesses and some personal tax return services. The businesses are mostly S corporations and Partnerships. You will review financial records submitted but clients for tax season. Verify records, submit entries or obtain missing data from clients. Submit to the CPA for review and approval. A certification in public accounting is helpful but not required. We will consider applicants with a solid work history in accounting or finance. This is not a clerk level position.
