The Account Specialist, Growth plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success for high-volume transactional customers by articulating the value of the product and fostering strong relationships.ResponsibilitiesOversee a portfolio of clients, supporting users and prospects by understanding their goals and resolving pain points with our solutionsQualify leads, understand their business requirements, and manage the entire deal cycle from discovery through close (e.g organizing demos, providing proposals, ensuring successful onboarding handoff, etc.)Fostering and nurturing clients needs and leverage internal subject matter experts to ensure they are answered accurately and in a timely mannerProactively engage clients to assess customer experience and current usage of product, and identify upsell opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Onboarding, etc.) to ensure timely deal closuresShare client feedback and requirements with cross-functional teams (growth, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure we're working on projects that support business goals and raise client satisfactionMonitor metrics and KPIs (activity metrics, time to close, average deal size, etc.) and take action on any trends observedUtilize Salesforce to accurately manage, track, and report sales activities and resultsSkills1+ years in a Sales, Account management, Customer success, or related role preferably in a SaaS environmentProven ability to effectively manage a pipeline with consistent performance against various sales metrics (revenue quota, sales target, etc)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demandsCreate and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to achieve sales goalsStrong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical terms in a digestible wayDemonstrated experience handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries through various channels (e.g, phone, email, and chat)Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring Customer issues are resolved in a timely mannerStrong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in building customer relationshipsExperience with 1Password or other password managersExperience with Salesforce, Gainsight etc. or relatedBenefitsHealthDental401kGenerous paid time offEquity grantMaternity and parental leave top-up programsGenerous PTO policyFour company-wide wellness daysCompany equity for all full-time employeesRetirement matching programFree 1Password accountPaid volunteer daysEmployee-led inclusion and belonging programs and ERGsPeer-to-peer recognition through BonuslyCompany Overview1Password operates as a password manager for documents, credit card information, and addresses.
