They are seeking an Account Sales Representative to expand their industrial camera business by cultivating relationships with existing customers and developing new ones, while managing the sales cycle and achieving sales targets.ResponsibilitiesSearching for new customers who benefit from industrial vision solutions and maximizing customer potential in designated regions based on detailed value proposition and target market information provided by marketing in close cooperation with the sales team and the Sales DirectorVisiting potential and existing customersWorking with product management and support teams for assistance and product education, and after-sales support services to customers, partners, and the sales teamDeveloping long-term relationships with customers and partners through managing and interpreting their requirements and expectationsListening to customer concerns and describing why our client’s cameras best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and deliveryNegotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needsCalculating customer quotations and administering customer accountsPreparing weekly update reports for Sales DirectorMeeting and exceeding sales targets and coordinating sales projectsSupporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing eventsMaking technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer’s needsLiaising with other members of the sales team and other technical expertsFollowing and report about industry trendsProviding input to the specification of new products developmentsProviding training and producing support material for other members of the sales team and other duties as maybe reasonably requested by your manager from time to timeSkillsTrue passion for delivering results through others and own sales activitiesProven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finishTechnical background to understand potential applicationsUnderstanding of basic image processing and machine visionGreat presentation abilities one-on-one as well as in groupsExcellent oral and written communication in EnglishDegree in engineering or similar but skills and experience carry more weightProficient in Microsoft Office toolsProven as a proactive self-starter with a high driveResourceful and capable of learning fast and independentlyStructured and systematic approach, planning and tracking customer activities using CRM toolsAbility to develop and maintain strong long-term relationshipsGood blend of empathy and assertivenessConvincing and influential argumentationEmbracing challengesHigh integrity and loyaltyGood team playerReady to travel for customer visits, trade shows and meetings, primarily in USAOpen mindsetBenefitsCommission and bonus structureMedical401KHome office equipment included in packageCompany OverviewMachine Vision is one of the key technologies and innovation drivers of the 21st century.
