The role involves achieving revenue goals, managing sales activities, and engaging with clients in a consultative manner.ResponsibilitiesNew sales activities include the management of prospecting, qualifying, closingFollow up on implementations associated with new product and service salesGenerating new sales and add-on sales revenue within a given territory and/or named account listingResearch, identify, and tenaciously generate new opportunities weeklyMethodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnelStrategically attack a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accountsSell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environmentMust have the ability to create the ROI for your prospectsMaintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social sellingSkillfully deliver web based presentations while partnering with our Sales EngineersComfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organizationsConsistently outperform your quarterly and annual sales quotaThrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachableSkillsFour-year college degree in business or 4 years relevant work experience in salesMinimum of 1 year of formal field sales or inside sales work experience with a record of exceeding assigned quotasStrong track record of proven achievement selling software products or services requiredPrevious experience with value-based selling approach/ consultativeAbility to identify, qualify and prioritize prospectsAbility to present products and solutions to large groupsAbility to assess a situation and quickly formulate the correct solutionAbility to manage a geographic territory effectively and efficiently on an on-going basisExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTechnically savvy with Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented individual with punctual follow-up with clients on daily activitiesThis individual needs to be a self-starter that is motivated by resolving client issues and selling solutions in order to collect commission incomePosition requires field activities including some overnight and weekend travel (up to 40%)Any certifications with Real Estate associations such as IREM or NAA is highly desiredContact management software experience with Salesforce.com is a plusIndustry meetings with industry associations and trade shows will be required.
