The role involves developing and managing relationships with channel partners in the commercial printing industry, driving partner recruitment and revenue growth, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve performance goals.ResponsibilitiesEstablish, build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders across in assigned partner accounts within the commercial printing channelCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, service, support, and leadership) to achieve partner performance goalsDrive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and strategic objectives within the assigned product focusProactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationshipContinuously assess and align with partner needs to identify growth opportunities within the copier and commercial print spaceSell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resourcesManage and mitigate channel potential conflict through clear communication and adherence to established channel guidelinesLead solution development efforts that effectively address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnelEnsures partner compliance with partner agreementsPromote and drive adoption of Epson programs relevant to assigned partners in the commercial printing channelDevelop and deliver accurate monthly product and pipeline forecastsMaintain up-to-date account activity and contact records in Salesforce.comSubmit weekly activity and call reports to sales leadershipOperate effectively within established budgetsAdhere to all Epson policies, processes, and administrative requirementsSkills5+ years of sales experience3–5 years of experience managing and developing dealer channel relationshipsProven experience selling both A3 and A4 printing devicesDemonstrated success developing and growing the commercial print dealer channelCompletion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.)Willingness to travel up to 50%Residence within the territory, with a preference for candidates based in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, or MichiganBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage eligibility on start dateGenerous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidaysIncome protection plans, including life insurance and short-term and long-term disability programs paid by the company401K plan with company matchingEducational reimbursement, employee assistant program (EAP), adoption assistance, employee discounts and much more!Company OverviewEpson enables people worldwide to make, share and capture creativity and bring it to life.
