They are seeking a senior-level Security Account Manager to drive strategic growth within major telecommunications and carrier accounts, focusing on developing executive relationships and expanding enterprise security partnerships. The role involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving the sales lifecycle, and positioning advanced security technologies to meet customer needs.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio of strategic Tier-1 telecommunications and service provider accounts across an assigned territoryDrive the complete enterprise sales lifecycle including opportunity creation, pipeline management, strategic account planning, negotiation, and deal closureDevelop and execute territory strategies focused on long-term customer expansion, recurring revenue growth, and executive engagementMaintain strong forecasting discipline while building and managing a healthy pipeline designed to consistently exceed quota expectationsEstablish and strengthen relationships with senior security leadership including CISOs, security operations leaders, infrastructure executives, and technical decision-makersServe as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operational priorities, cybersecurity challenges, and evolving network protection requirementsNavigate large enterprise environments by building relationships across technical teams, procurement groups, executive leadership, and operational stakeholdersPosition advanced security and DDoS protection technologies by aligning platform capabilities with measurable business and operational outcomesWork closely with Sales Engineering and technical teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, architecture discussions, and solution strategiesIdentify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts while proactively uncovering new business opportunities across the territoryMaintain strong market awareness around cybersecurity trends, telecommunications infrastructure, and evolving threat landscapesSkills8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience focused on cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or DDoS protection solutionsRecent experience selling into large Tier-1 telecommunications or major US service provider organizationsEstablished relationships with CISO organizations and senior security leadership within telecom or carrier environmentsDemonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise accounts independentlyStrong track record consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales quotasExperience selling sophisticated technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholdersAbility to identify, pursue, and close net-new enterprise opportunitiesStrong understanding of network security technologies and modern threat protection strategiesAbility to communicate technical value propositions clearly to executive and engineering audiencesExperience navigating complex procurement and enterprise buying cyclesExceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical disciplineBenefitsCompetitive base compensation paired with a high-impact commission structure designed to reward top performance.Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage, retirement savings options, paid time off, life and disability insurance, and professional development support.Additional employee-focused programs may include tuition assistance, wellness offerings, and flexible spending account options.Company OverviewThe Talent Partners for the AI Revolution.
