They are seeking a ProActive Health (PAH) Account Manager to manage and grow their Proactive Health business in North America, focusing on the nutritional supplements market. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving sales, and executing go-to-market plans.ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact and lead PAH sales for NAMER marketsDevelop a strategic go-to-market plan to approach relevant accounts/ brand ownersIdentify and prioritize target accounts, portfolio regulatory and marketing needsUnderstand targeted customers' potential needs and define a plan to develop a strategic partnershipIdentify the relevant portfolio and potential innovation pipeline through market insightsActivate and execute the customer go-to-market planAccountability of performance of the NAMER PAH activity including direct responsibility for driving opportunities through the distributors, supporting direct accounts with allocated sales manager/s, and providing support to the NAMER commercial team across food and beverage strategic accounts upon requestNAMER PAH opportunity management - driving pipeline growth and success rates for new businessBudget ownership, tracking and reporting for NAMER PAHDevelop strong customer scientific alliances and collaboration, designing and organising workshop and participation to relevant conferences/forumsCollaborate with product management, marketing, scientific affairs and regulatory to continuously understand customer’s unmet needs and propose relevant solutions that can increase our contribution to their businessMap out targeted customers route-to-market and manufacturing strategies (via OEM/ODM) to unlock new opportunities (i.e. concept development)Drive Kerry’s PAH thought leadership to pull new potential customers/partnersSkillsBachelor's degree in Life Science / Business or other related disciplineAvailability to travel up to 50%Commercial experience of 7+ years selling functional ingredients & nutritional supplementsIn-depth knowledge of nutritional supplements technologies & regulationsHas a passion and interest in the topics of nutrition and general wellnessEntrepreneurial, results driven and highly motivated individual willing to make a positive impactStrong ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externallyDemonstrated track record in business development, specifically in launching new products and expanding market shareStrategic Leadership with strong focus on delivery and project managementMaster's degree is a plusBenefitsPerformance-based incentive compensationMedicalDentalVisionPaid time offA 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunitiesEmployee Share PlanLife, disability, and accident insuranceTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewEvery day, millions of people throughout the world consume foods and beverages containing Kerry’s taste and nutrition solutions.
