This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships in the tech industry.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of IT staffing clients across various industriesServe as the primary point of contact for client hiring managers and stakeholdersUnderstand client staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely mannerCollaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure top-tier talent deliveryIdentify opportunities for account expansion and cross-sellingTrack performance metrics, report on account activity, and drive revenue growthEnsure client satisfaction and manage escalations as neededRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales within the staffing or recruiting industry (IT preferred)Proven success managing multiple accounts and meeting/exceeding revenue goalsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to prioritize competing tasksFamiliarity with VMS/MSP systems and high-volume staffing environments a plus
