The role involves building a success team, coordinating customer success programs, and representing the company at industry events.ResponsibilitiesOnboard new practices and their staffBuild and lead your SMB success teamBuild out scaled and digital customer successOwn retention and partner with RCM for your poolGrow accounts and build advocacyRepresent Customer Success in the fieldReport and improveSkillsYou've built or meaningfully improved a customer success, account management, onboarding, or implementation function in healthcare B2B SaaS, RCM, and you've managed a teamYou've owned a high-volume book and know how to serve it through pooled, digital, and one-to-many models, not just one-to-oneYou have a real track record on retention and expansion, and you can show how you moved the numbersYou work from data and run a disciplined operation: you build playbooks, watch the health signals, and act on themFamiliarity with Chiropractic and Mental Health EHR platformsYou're a clear, calm communicator and a manager people want to work forYou're U.S.-based and able to travel domestically (about 20-25%), including the occasional weekend for a conferenceYou handle protected health information responsibly, in line with HIPAA and our data-privacy practicesExperience in a services-led or hybrid SaaS business, where outcomes (not just software adoption) drive retention.
